Crafted from 32s, 380g heavyweight brushed fleece (80% cotton / 20% polyester), the material is custom-woven, custom-dyed, and treated with reactive dyes for a soft yet structured handfeel that maintains its shape. The 3D silicone NBA lettering is made from imported eco-silicone, mixed at a 1:2 ratio and heat-pressed at 180°C with laser-guided positioning. This process creates a matte, long-lasting graphic with exceptional durability.
